This Cookie Notice explains how Pandal Inc. (“Pandal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (pandal.ai) and our hosted application. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information generally.
We have deliberately kept our use of cookies narrow. We use the minimum necessary to operate the Services and to understand how visitors engage with our website.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixel tags, function in comparable ways. For simplicity, this notice refers to all of these as “cookies.”

2. Cookies we use
We use cookies in three categories.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Services to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking essential functionality such as signing in, maintaining a session, and protecting against fraud and abuse. We do not require your consent for these cookies because they are necessary to provide a service you have requested.

CSRF protection is provided by the SameSite=Lax attribute on authentication cookies rather than a separate CSRF cookie.
Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you have provided consent (where consent is required by applicable law).

We have configured PostHog to anonymize IP addresses and to avoid collecting unnecessary personal information.
Error monitoring
These cookies and related technologies help us identify and fix bugs and security issues.

We have configured Sentry to scrub personal information from error reports before they reach us. We do not use Sentry Session Replay or any similar screen-recording technology.
3. Cookies we do not use
To be explicit: Pandal does not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. We do not run Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other advertising cookies on our Site or Service. We do not sell or share information collected by cookies with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
4. Managing cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- See what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block all third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies (this may break our Services)
- Delete all cookies when you close the browser

Where consent is required
If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires consent for non-essential cookies (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), our Site will display a consent banner the first time you visit. You can change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer of our Site.
Withdrawing consent will not affect cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the Services you have requested.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to interpret this signal, our Site does not currently respond to it. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required by applicable law.
